Vijayvargiya-Shukla turned into friends from foe

During his tenure in the Congress party, Sanjay Shukla was the party candidate against Vijayvargiya, currently a cabinet minister in Madhya Pradesh, from Indore-1 during the recently-concluded state assembly elections. The state assembly election was won by Kailash Vijayvargiya in a fiercely fought battle against Shuka by a margin of over 57,000 votes. Sanjay Shukla’s father, Vishnu Shukla, was a senior BJP leader of Indore. Despite his father’s ties with the saffron party, Shukla chose to join hands with Gandhis to fight the 2018 assembly on behalf of Congress.

Rahul Gandhi is BJP’s mascot, says Kailash Vijayvargiya

A few days ago, Madhya Pradesh minister Kailash Vijayvargiya took a jibe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. Vijayvargiya mocked Rahul Gandhi and described him as a ‘big mascot’ for the BJP.
